Program Details
Join us for a menu inspired by ancient Roman flavors! Learn from a San Antonio Museum of Art educator about the flora and fauna featured in the works on display in their special exhibition Roman Landscapes: Visions of Nature and Myth from Rome and Pompeii. Partake in a tasting of dishes that bring together true Roman ingredients of varying social classes, and modern culinary techniques. Experience local spread of foraged greens, jams, winter pickles, meats, breads, and luxury desserts. Includes a curated adult beverage. Ages 21+
Fee: $45 ($40.50 Garden/Museum member). Registration deadline is Thursday, April 13 at 10 p.m.
