Join us in Professor Sprout’s Herbology class and make your own bitters from scratch using a variety of spices, roots, bark, and botanicals. After, enjoy some light bites and a cocktail using bitters. Bitters are not just for cocktails; they come in all flavors and varieties and can be used in a multitude of ways when baking, cooking, infusing, and more! Before or after taking this class, participants are welcome to enjoy the Imaginary Worlds: One Upon a Time exhibition. Ages 21+.
