Brunch is an endurance sport. Bruch is a delicious, fast and slow dance of decadence. Brunch is an INTENSE amalgamation of what is best about breakfast and lunch! If you are a lover of brunch, a brunch beast, and would like to beef or ham up your brunch-abilities, this is the perfect class for you. We’ll work with eggs, pork, cheese, batter and pastry to create the perfect brunch platter complimented with fresh squeezed mimosas and delicious coffee. If you need to walk off your brunch afterwards, take a stroll around the Garden to see Hunt Slonem’s wonderful Birds, Bunnies and Butterflies exhibit! If it’s very hot, we’ll be moving this class indoors. Ages 16+.
