Like all basic food platforms - the bread, the noodle, the rice, the fried tortilla chip with cheese can be topped with all manner of magical combinations. In this class, discover unforetold routes to ultimate deliciousness the likes of which cannot be achieved by any food save the venerated (and straight up salacious) Nacho!! In conjunction with San Antonio’s favorite annual party, join us for a new Fiesta tradition in the Culinary Garden as we perform harvest dances and Nacho love spells with novel arrangements of niche, deluxe and garden grown ingredients to achieve an edible Fiesta of flavor. Of course, we’ll be enjoying margaritas as we spend this Fiesta day in the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen soaking up the ecstasy of the spring sun like sauce and cheese bubbling over a tortilla chip.
