It’s time for another global trip for your tongue and boy will it be happy for this one - we’re jetting our taste buds off to Turkey! Whether you’re a huge fan of Turkish food or aren’t that familiar, this is the right class for you to indulge your Turkish penchant or curiosity. Utilizing produce from the garden, we’ll be making Kofta - meat patties with Turkish spices, Imam Bayildi or stuffed eggplants, Dolmas - using garden pickled grape leaves and for dessert we’ll be having Turkish coffee ice cream!  We’ll be drinking herbal tea, Raki cocktails and Turkish wines.
