Visiting Chef: Marco Guiterez’s Camping Cuisine

There is camping, and there is glamping. Then there is what Chef Marco does, which could best be described as nutritious, innovative, and efficient camp cuisine which the English language has no suitable word for. Regardless of its ineffability, join the Culinary Team and Chef Marco for a very special night at the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen. With premium camp weather just around the corner, Marco will teach us how to make some of his favorite camp food creations. We will have tents set up around the Garden with various samples, as well as fire pits so we can cook our camp food authentically. This class is perfect for the whole family.
