Mitchell and Casey are two extremely talented chefs who have recently opened a fabulous restaurant called ‘The Standard’ in Fredericksburg, TX. Their culinary style is delicious first and foremost, inspired primarily by French and English traditions with considerations of the best seasonal ingredients that the Hill Country has to offer. They’ve lined up a French Sauces class for us where you’ll learn how to make three essential sauces to be served over Sous Vide and grilled steaks, garden grown cauliflower and straight-from-the garden salad. You’ll be enjoying your tasty creations with the best wines the Hill Country has to offer. They might be called ‘The Standard,’ but don’t be fooled, Chefs Mitchell and Casey have set an exceptionally high culinary bar.
