If you are partaking in Bonsai Weekend it’s no secret that you are interested in miniatures in cool containers. In conjunction with the theme of bonsai, the Culinary Team will teach you how to make your own sightly, oishii little Japanese bites packaged in that oh-so-pleasing bento way. In this class, you will learn to make sweet and savory Japanese sandos and onigiri as well as fresh salads and skewers. You will also receive your own re-usable bento lunchbox! After making these tasty Japanese delights, gobble up your perfect picnic with the garden as your backdrop. Children 12+ are welcome! Ages12+.
