Cactus Weekend: Prickly Pear Snacks sans Pokes

Do you love cactus?! These incredible plants are not only brilliantly adaptive and beautiful, they are also delicious! Learn how to make nopal salad from the source, cactus pad pie and imbibe aloe vera lime sorbet for dessert. The Garden Culinary Team will serve an exceptional prickly pear margarita in this class. If all that looking and learning about cactus makes you muy hambre, you will not wanna miss this class! Succulent enthusiasts 15 and up are welcome (we’ll have a non-alcoholic marg for them)! Ages 15+.
