Join Michael Eason for an appetizing and illuminating lecture about the Botany of Thanksgiving. Learn about the history and cultivation of four very important plant ingredients endemic to classic Thanksgiving spreads. After this class you are going to be hungry, but do not get your giblets in a wad! Following the lecture, the Garden Culinary Team will provide you with Thanksgiving themed snacks and refreshments sure to make you give thanks for botany.
