Musical Offerings will team up with Chayito y Los Flamencos de San Antonio for an afternoon of song, Flamenco dance and Latin music for guitar, voice, percussion, and strings. Chayito and Annette Champion Flores have been dazzling audiences across Texas and beyond for over 30 years after their parents brought traditional Flamenco to San Antonio in 1954. Sinclair Broadcast has recently produced a documentary about the historical and artistically creative Champion family to be aired on Fox San Antonio. Share an afternoon of unforgettable fiery Flamenco dance and music. The program includes music by Manuel de Falla, Garcia Lorca, Gaspar Sans, Moszkowski and Ravel.
