Do you love candy but hate the detrimental side of sugar? Come to the Culinary Garden to learn how to eat treats without stressin’! We’ll focus on sweets made with honey, fruits, nuts, seeds, maple syrup, dark chocolate, natural vanilla and foraged goodies! During this class, we’ll also take a comprehensive look at the merits of eating foods high in healthy fats. This class is perfect for the upcoming Valentine’s holiday! Before or after this class, participants are welcome to enjoy our Orchid Month exhibition!
