The holiday season's coming fast, which means tamale season is coming faster! Learn the art of Tamales at the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen! In this Take-and-Make style class we'll be making masa and selecting fresh produce from the culinary garden to pack into our tamales.
After, you'll take your tamales home to steam when you're ready to dig in! Of course, we will have some fresh tamales for snacking as well!
This hands-on class is recommended for all skill levels.
