Honey! It’s so sweet to us we use it as a term of endearment. However, just like those we call by its name, we at times might take honey for granted… Never fear! Honey is still here to nurse and adore you. Dr. Ozturk is coming from UTSA to illuminate the astonishing, delicious, and medicinal aspects of this singular superfood. We will meet for a lecture and PowerPoint with Dr. Ozturk, Director of the Honey Pathways Program, followed by honey sampling, snacks and a nectar tour in the Wildflower Garden. Join us for this special and thought-provoking culinary experience and learn how to put your honey on a well-deserved pedestal.
