Come join the culinary team to learn about one of summer’s most famous fruits! In this lecture, we’ll be talking all about Chili peppers- their history, botany and cultivation as well as sampling delicious mild to spicy chili pepper snacks including Mango Jalapeño Sorbet, Chili pepper scones with cowboy candy preserves and Chili Kombucha. We’ll take a tour of the peppers around the garden and learn about Chili pepper anatomy. Via demo we’ll be making an amazing chili pepper spice blend which participants can take home!
