As the Garden celebrates Bonsai weekend, join the Culinary Team as we celebrate our own Japanese treasure; Onigiri! “Onigiri” is a rice ball, filled with anything and everything your heart could desire. We’ll discuss the history of this hand-held favorite, make our own using a variety of fillings, and guests will go home with their own Onigiri molds! This class is recommended for all age groups and skill levels.
