Que...so here’s the deal. Making cheese is not easy...but stretching it is! Come hang out at the Culinary Garden while we talk mozzarella and see it go from boil to ball as we stretch our own cheese from curds. Then, along with other garden ingredients, guests will create a flatbread “mural” to accompany a garden caprese!
This class is recommended for all ages and skill levels. Please expect to be in pairs when working with tabletop burners with a member of your party or someone else at your table.
