Come enjoy the tree diversity of the Garden and learn to illustrate a native species. Boost your observation and sketching skills by creating botanical illustrations of a native tree with artist Emma Schmidt. You will be led through the drawing and watercolor process with a focus on texture (no experience required!) and all materials will be provided. Feel free to bring your favorite drawing tools. The class will be held inside and outside so dress appropriately for the weather.
