Program Details
This fall, the San Antonio Botanical Garden welcomes Beerfest! To celebrate the Oktoberfest Season, we’ll be tasting various styles of beer, identifying key flavors and utilizing everything we learn to whip up a delicious tavern classic, Beer Cheese and Pretzels! The Midwest classic is a textbook lesson on the impact of beer in cooking, and of course, as scrumptious as scrumptious gets!
This class is 21+ and recommended for an intermediate skill level.
