Join Michael Eason for an appetizing and illuminating lecture about the Botany of Thanksgiving. Learn about the botany, history, and cultivation of four very important plants from the New World that grace our tables each Thanksgiving. During the lecture, the Garden Culinary Team will provide you with Thanksgiving-themed snacks and refreshments like pecan and sage shortbread, sweet potato tamales, bebida de cacao, and more.
