Program Details

Do you have an affinity for antiquated arrangements? Join us in this hands-on planting class where we will be flipping thrifted vessels into quirky pots for plants! Garden educators will assist participants with creating drainage holes for their thrifted vessels, adding soil, and up to three types of plants grown from our greenhouses on site. The end product can be a gift to yourself or a loved one for the holiday season. Guests can either bring their own medium-sized thrifted vessel made from ceramic, plastic, or metal, or may purchase a ticket with kit fee included to choose from a range of pre-selected vessels provided by the Garden. Please note that vessels must have a space for plants to fit inside of them. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Email [email protected] with questions.
