While sushi mastery may take decades, beginning your sushi journey only takes an afternoon! Join Chef Erik in the Carriage House to learn the basics of sushi with some garden additions. We’ll discuss basic sushi rolls and how each ingredient works together to create both delicate and bold flavors.

This class is recommended for beginner and intermediate skill levels.
