The San Antonio Botanical Garden welcomes Fabien Jacob, to the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen. The current general manager of Brasserie Mon Chou Chou in the Pearl and a native of Lyon, France; Fabien brings a generous hospitality background spanning fine dining, wine cellars, and the classroom, including his time as a professor at the Culinary Institute of America. A Certified Sommelier, he will take guests on an engaging wine tour through the great red wine regions of France; Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley—sharing stories and approachable tips to help you taste and enjoy wine with confidence. He will also work closely with the garden culinary team to pair generously perfect bites on his Tour de France!.
Instructor: Fabien Jacob, sommelier.
Fee: $75 ($65 for members). Member discount, including $3 fee waived, will be applied at checkout.
