The San Antonio Botanical Garden welcomes Hailey Pruitt of Restaurant Mixtli for a class we like to call “It’s Too Dang Hot for Reds!” Discover perfectly chilled wines selected to beat the Texas summer heat, paired with delicious bites prepared by the Garden’s culinary team.

Hailey Pruitt is a Certified Sommelier and Wine Director at Michelin-starred Mixtli in San Antonio, where she curates pairings for the restaurant’s nine-course tasting menu. Her award-winning wine program highlights wines from Mexico alongside selections from around the world. Originally from Arlington, Texas, Hailey brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience and holds a Level Two Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Together with Bar Director Lauren Beckman, she helped Mixtli earn the Michelin Guide’s Outstanding Service Award.
