The Garden’s own Chef Mark Weaver used to have a pretty popular restaurant in Monte Vista called Periphery. Come learn the ins and outs of its greatest hits—Smoke-Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Honey Jus, Polenta-Crusted Pimento Cheese with Bacon Jam, and Cast-Iron Cornbread with Ranch Butter—along with whatever family-style sides we can whip up from the culinary garden. The best part? You’ll get to enjoy bites, all together and family-style, in our outdoor teaching kitchen with a glass of wine.
