Celebrate fig season with the culinary team’s Otherwild series and dive into the sweet, versatile world of the fig tree in a delicious class inspired by one of the oldest cultivated plants. Together we’ll prepare a fresh fig salad with garden ingredients, a fig flatbread with truffle oil and blue cheese, and bacon-wrapped figs stuffed with goat cheese with a “whatever is in the garden” pesto.
This class is recommended for all age groups and skill levels.
