You’ll roll Fresh Flour Tortillas, Roast Marinated Pescado, and bring it all together with Roasted Peach Pico and Chipotle Crema, while we have a big ole pot of Ranchero Beans simmering away.
Finish with a Pineapple Margarita or beer and enjoy the meal you’ve created. Come hungry, leave inspired and be ready to bring the flavors of the coast home.
