Summertime means Peaches, Plums, Apricots and all the Stone Fruits you can handle! Come join us in the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen as we continue our celebration of Otherwild with our favorite summer fruits that grow up in the sky! In this vegetarian class we will be making Panzanella Salad with Peaches and Garden Herbs, Roasting Apricots to mix with melty brie, incorporating Plums into a crispy falafel dish and toasting it all with a Peach Bellini.
