The humble potato, with all it's dirt covered imperfections, is arguably the most perfect thing nature ever produced. We're paying homage to the spud by discussing what makes a potato so delicious, versatile and showing you how to win your next pot luck with a loaded menu. We're hashing out: Thai inspired sweet potatoes, chimichurri roasted new potatoes and of course, we'll be divulging all the secrets to the perfect mashed potato. Wear your stretchy pants because in this vegetarian class we're serving up starch, starch, and more starch!
