If you're an avocado fan then guac this way! We'll be discussing avocados and all their culinary uses. Enjoy some Avocado Sherbet, build an Avocado Tower and make the last Guacamole recipe you'll ever need. We'll be beating the heat in the carriage house so don't miss it, that would be a pit-y. This is a vegetarian class.
