Cool Down with Ceviche!

As the temperatures rise, join us in the Carriage House for a hands-on cooking class that keeps things cool. Together, we’ll celebrate the vibrant flavors of Coastal Latin America while exploring refreshing techniques you can recreate at home all summer long.

In this class, we’ll prepare two distinct styles of ceviche inspired by the culinary traditions of Lima, Peru, and Veracruz, Mexico. Using fresh summer produce from the culinary garden, we’ll highlight bright citrus, herbs, seafood and vegetables in dishes that are both elegant and approachable.

Along the way, relax with a classic pisco sour and enjoy an evening of fresh flavors, seasonal ingredients, and warm-weather cooking inspiration.

This Hands-On cooking class is recommended for those that are 18+ (21+ for alcohol) and all skill levels. Undercooked seafood will be consumed during this class.

Includes one drink ticket for designated drink(s) options during the class. Additional drinks available for purchase.

Fee: $75 ($65 member). Member discount, including $3 fee waived, will be applied at checkout. Registration closes 24 hours before the class.
