Fresh Cuts : Herbs in the Kitchen

Wondering how to utilize all those herbs you see at the store, in the farmers market or in your backyard garden? Come watch us make infusions, marinades, sauces and even utilize herbs as simple additions to your cooking at home. All using herbs picked fresh from the garden and if you want… make your own marinade to take home for your favorite backyard grill.

On the Menu
- Lemongrass and Mint Tea
- Summer Melon, Cucumber and Thai Basil Salad
- Rosemary and Sage Marinated Steak
-Basil and Parmesan Dressing
-Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Fee: $80 ($70 Members)
Instructors: The Garden Culinary Team; indoors with the Air Conditioner on.

This Hands On cooking class and tour is recommended for those that are 18+
Includes one drink ticket for designated drink(s) options during the class. Additional drinks available for purchase. Undercooked seafood will be consumed during this class
