The culinary garden is bursting with so much of the produce at the heart of the classic dish of Provence. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini and herbs from right here will be utilized and guests will be making their own version while learning knife skills and the building of flavors needed. Roasted chicken and crusty loaves of bread with lots of olive oil will also pair perfectly with this class celebrating the rustic French countryside.
