Gentle Yoga is a slow, soothing mat yoga practice designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stretches, this class helps release tension, improve flexibility, and create a sense of ease and calm. All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
