Small Plates = BIG Flavor

Gather around to make a crowd -pleasing mezze spread that is sure to satisfy any hungry stomach. Mediterranean fare is light on the stomach but fills the heart, especially when you share it with others. Mezze refers to an array of sharable dips, bites and scoops intended to be enjoyed around the table. We’ll be using fresh garden ingredients to concoct a variety of appetizers to be passed and shared with our fellow food fans in a family style mezze feast.

This Hands-on Cooking class is recommended for all ages and skill levels.

This class does not include alcoholic beverages. Beer and Wine available for purchase in the gift shop for those that are 21+.

Fee: $55 ($45 member). Member discount, including $3 fee waived, will be applied at checkout. Registration closes 24 hours before class begins.
