Join us in the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen for a South Texas Steak Cookout! South Texas and Tex-Mex cuisine are beautiful, rich in tradition and history and are so much more than MEATS the eye. Charred meats, vibrant salsas, tortillas and copious amounts of flavorful sides meant to be shared are the name of the game. So come gather with us in the Culinary Garden as we cook and feast together as the sun goes down.

This Hands-on cooking class is recommended for those that are 18+ and beginner to intermediate skill levels.

This class includes one drink ticket for available beverages. Additional drinks may be purchased.

Fee: $90 ($80 member). Member discount, including $3 fee waived, will be applied at checkout. Registration closes 24 hours before class begins.
