The San Antonio Botanical Garden welcomes Michelin-starred and James Beard-nominated Chef Diego Galicia from Mixtli to the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen. From a small 12-seat, one-table restaurant in a train car to a destination restaurant in King William, the Toluca, Mexico native will be sharing stories and cooking seasonally inspired food with a little help from the culinary garden.
