The San Antonio Botanical Garden welcomes San Antonio Native, Culinary Educator and UNESCO Chef Ambassador (2023-2025) John Tamez of St. Philips College to the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen. Having taught a generation of culinary talent in San Antonio at the High School and College levels, and finding deep inspiration in Filipino Cuisine through his wife’s family, he will tie it all together with seasonal tips for you to take back home.
