Do you love candy but hate the detrimental side of sugar? Come to the Culinary Garden to learn about ways you can eat treats without stressin’! We’ll be focusing on sweets made with honey, fruits, nuts, seeds, maple syrup, dark chocolate, natural vanilla and foraged goodies! During this class we’ll also be taking a comprehensive look at the merits of eating foods that are high in healthy fats. This class is perfect for the upcoming Valentine’s holiday! Before or after this class, participants are welcome to enjoy our Orchid Month exhibition!
