As a passionate educator, she leads culinary classes that champion health, sustainability, and inclusivity. In 2025, she was named Most Innovative Entrepreneur by EMPOWERED Community at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and became a semifinalist in the Greatest Baker Competition.
